This decision has been made in light of the latest weather forecast. The Met Office issued another yellow weather warning this morning for snow and ice in Aberdeen from 2am on Sunday, in addition to the warnings already in place for today and tomorrow. Snow is likely, with strong winds causing drifting, and icy conditions presenting a widespread risk.

 

Many pavements and roads have not yet been treated, so travel is expected to be difficult and potentially unsafe.
